Consumer Cellular set out to build a campaign that included a celebrity spokesperson to elevate the brand and build a connection with their evolving customer base of people 55+.
On the client side, we worked hand-in-hand with the creative agency as well as managing the budget, talent contracts, creative mix, and measurement.
The campaign, Reliably Yours, was developed to focus on barriers of entry for all MVNOs, including coverage, value, and customer service. Robocall (above) features a frustrated customer of a competitor battling a customer service robot.
Stuff, mocks the larger carriers’ need to oversell their product offerings, confusing their customers in the process.
Maps reassures potential customers that MVNOs like Consumer Cellular operate on the same networks as the big carriers.
We developed a top-of-funnel, awareness-driving campaign that included broadcast and digital spots, radio, bespoke social, and placements across Consumer Cellular’s owned properties.
We set out to increase our awareness and consideration scores, and despite being early in the campaign we are beginning to see a lift in both areas that we attribute to the campaign.
