This campaign was developed to show off the culture at Consumer Cellular—it’s not your typical call center. We set out to interview twelve employees, and two executive leaders share their experiences and vision of the company. Interviews focused on the company’s core values and how each employee uses them daily. We built out two different concepts, Working at Consumer Cellular (featured above) and A Day in the Life.
We leveraged these videos across all of our Talent & Acquisition channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Paid Social) to help recruit new talent to Consumer Cellular.
What’s Next?
We plan to use the footage to create individual testimonials of each of the interviewees to further the brand narrative.
